When Chris Maggacis founded the first Toscani’s in 1998, he wanted to create a restaurant where his passion and love for Italian and Mediterranean cuisine would be evident in every mouthful. Offering a popular selection of food, coffees and cakes, Toscani's has grown into a 13-strong string of bistros throughout Queensland and New South Wales, with the Riverside Quarter venue boasting an enviable location along the Brisbane River just a short walk from Central Station. Open seven days a week, diners pop in to fill up on the range of pasta, pizza, gourmet sandwiches, salads and famous cakes.
