Loved-up Groupies are spoilt for choice with the option to dine over three courses from one of three menus. Menu A provides diners with a glass of Boutique Fergs Fish wine, whilst fans of Menu B and Menu C receive a whole bottle to share. Menu A features entrées like curried Tasmanian scallops and gnocchi and tiger prawn cutlets and mains such as aged sirloin and scallops and crusted Atlantic salmon. Sushi sorbet and pina colada ice cream is on offer to finish.

Menu B offers a variation of mains such as Thai blue swimmer crabs, duck leg and jumbo BBQ prawns and crispy skin pork belly with bugs tails. Indulgent desserts include French salted caramel torte and passionfruit and coconut mousse.

For a true feast, opt for Menu C and start with a shared platter featuring Cajun chicken breast, salt and pepper squid, seared tuna, lobster bisque and Pacific oysters. The list of mains reflect tastes of the sea, such as Alaskan black cod fillet and jumbo BBQ prawns, the ultimate surf and turf consisting of 600g sirloin and whole seared lobster tail or a whole rock lobster with choice of chilli, mornay or garlic. Tuck into something sweet like Bailey's white mousse or the grand dessert platter to share.

Inside the Lobster Cave diners find a bar, large dining room, extensive wine cellar and a private dining area for functions.
