I-Ke-Su is where the peckish folk flock for a traditional feed of fresh Japanese cuisine. Ravenous duos make tummy space for a delightfully indulgent seven-course feast, beginning with the first three courses of agedashi tofu, gyoza, prawn tempura, edamame bean and seaweed salad. A fourth course of eight pieces of nigeri made with salmon, tuna, octopus and squid and a serve of maki sees hungry patrons chant for more. Round five serves up two tasty main courses including sushi taiyo rolls, special California inside-out sushi rolls plus miso soup. Sixth course tumbles around with a sashimi combination comprising six slices of three fish varieties. If room is left for the seventh course, sweet tooths are given the all-clear with either a green tea ice-cream or sesame ice-cream each. Groupies enjoy a selection of any soft drink or a green tea to sip on during the ceremonial stomach-filling event.

I-Ke-Su is a tranquil, authentic eatery located close to the beach in the heart of St Kilda.
