Choosing either four or eight sessions, Groupies run, star jump and high kick their way to health during the social, fun and challenging classes. Each class caters for six people only to ensure all participants receive individualised attention, and all equipment is supplied (BYO sweatbands). The qualified instructor, Jackie Scott, holds a Diploma of Fitness and is registered with Fitness Australia, and is highly experienced in sending peeps on a path to increased fitness, health and wellbeing. The class times available to Groupies are as follows: Monday: 6am, 7am, 5pm, 6pm; Wednesday: 6am, 7am, 9.30am, 5pm, 6pm; Friday: 6am, 7am, 8.30am, 9.30am.
