Reviews
Hungry bloggers post praise for Newcastle Bakehouse’s friendly service and good value grub.
All in all, good value tucker & quite nice coffee so I was a happy customer. Again it’s great to also be able to recommend this place because of the good Aussie friendly service by owner/manager David Tape & his staff

The service? Lovely. The bloke who took our order was cheerful and all smiles - not to mention patient while I ummed and ahhed. The variety on the menu? Fantastic. It's very rare that you find a vegan option on a menu without tweaking it this way or that (no actually, I am not vegan... just thoroughly enjoy vegan food). I would not hesitate to return there for a loaf of bread or to try some of their other baked goods
