Stardealing duos dine in divine style with a sumptuous lunch for two at Blackbird. With a starter to get mouths producing excessive moisture, patrons indulge in fresh, crusty bread and luscious olives. A choice of main course continues the feasting with tempting tantalisers such as the grilled free-range Maryland chicken with couscous, chorizo, corn and tomatoes, or the barramundi fillet with vanilla potato, asparagus and crumbed anchovies. Vegie lovers delight in the pan-fried gnocchi with butternut pumpkin, brie and maple walnuts while consumers of a carnivorous nature enjoy a Black Angus sirloin with turnip, honey carrots and brandy jus. A bottle of Margaret River Two Brothers wine is presented to feasters to accompany the epicurean adventure. A crisp, cold chardonnay may be on the cards, or a warming, velvety merlot could be the tonic of choice; however wine connoisseurs rest easy in the fact there are a selection of other wines to choose from also.

Really enjoyed the whole experience from a welcoming greeting through to the thanks for coming at the end of the meal...  All 8 were really pleased with the food, the barramundi was sweet and succulent with a roasted italian tomato and bread salad, beef was perfect as were the side dishes of broccolini, salad leaves with walnuts and chunky chips."
