Groupies gear up for one or three lessons, learning basic paddle strokes and how to master manoeuvres on knees, stomach and feet, while providing an excellent way to get fit - improving core strength, balance and cardio. All equipment is included and classes are taken under the watchful eye of professional, accredited instructors licensed by Surfing Australia.
