If customer is deemed unsuitable, practitioner reserves the right to not proceed with whitening treatment until dental needs are met
Dental surgery reserves the right not to clean teeth in one appointment if the patient’s mouth has copious amounts of calculus as this will cause a high level of discomfort
Shade reduction and applicable bleaching time varies between patients and depends on factors such as a history of smoking
Bleaching suitable for natural teeth only; not suitable for fillings, crowns, dentures, veneers or external stains like calculus/tartar, or severe teeth development disorders

CROWNS / VENEERS

Cone Beam CT Scan could be necessary for some patients. This will be at additional cost
Referral required from patient’s regular general dentist, or in-clinic dentist referral which can be arranged at an additional charge
Additional charges may apply where bone grafting in excess of the included $100 is required to make implant viable
If an extraction is needed, an additional fee will be incurred
