I’ve been so excited to write this review about Amy and Refresh Cosmetics since my very first appointment, but I wanted to wait until I had real results to speak to ... and after seeing Amy a second time, I can confidently say she deserves every bit of praise. This review is specifically about microneedling/skin needling, but after my experience, I would honestly trust Amy with any treatment she or her team offers. From the moment you meet Amy, her warm and kind energy puts you at ease. She’s incredibly thorough and clearly passionate about what she does, with a wealth of knowledge that she generously shares throughout the appointment. I initially tried microneedling at a well-known clinic offering a 50% discount. While the experience was okay, I had a nagging feeling that it wasn’t quite right. That led me to search elsewhere and I found Amy through Groupon. The difference between the two experiences was night and day. Amy took the time to do a full consultation, even though I’d had the treatment before. She educated me about my skin, explained the before and after care in detail, and the actual treatment was far more comprehensive. I learned so much and felt truly cared for.
