One 60-minute personal training session

Personal training is just that - personal. This means the sessions are individually tailored to your fitness level, exercise experience, goals and preferences. It’s all about you. And, as the PT I’m just the facilitator to direct and encourage you to achieve your set goals.

This is all outlined in the initial consult consisting of:

  • Goal setting
  • Performance, strength and flexibility testing
  • Lifestyle questionnaire

What is included in body composition analysis and how is it done? The analysis process is used to determine body fat percentage and weight of lean muscle mass. The test is an in-depth nine-site skin fold test. 

Furthermore, the following is also analysed:

  • Girth measurements
  • Hormonal profile results and reasoning (why you may hold fat in specific areas and how we can combat that)

About Damien Kallis Fitness

I'm Damien Kallis and I'm a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. Personal Training is just half the task when it comes to gaining and maintaining personal health, nutrition and fitness and this is something I learned myself, first hand. Weight training is an area which I specialise in, amongst others, but it's this type of training that showed me the big picture of health and fitness. Personally, I started weight training to further my soccer career, and after returning home from playing professionally in Greece, my love of weight training lead me to become a PT with a holistic approach to the health and fitness industry. 

After four years of consistent weight training, I decided to enter my first bodybuilding show which resulted in a win, walking away with the ANB Asia Pacific Overall Fitness Model title. The following year I then competed in the World Fitness Federation and placed first as the Queensland Champion in Men's Physique. From there (and 10 years of experience later), I've jumped into the fitness industry head first, training clients, coaching athletes for fitness competitions, developing training programs and nutritional plans, with extensive knowledge and experience in the supplement industry.
