Advanced and aspiring pole dance enthusiasts find themselves amongst friends at The Pole Gym. Students can choose from a range of courses and classes to focus on different tricks and skill levels, all while having fun and enhancing fitness. Designated training poles are available for practice anytime during opening hours, and supervised training is also available to help dancers nail their tricks. The team also offer non-pole casual classes such as Stretch, Core, HIIT, and belly dancing.
