Excellent cruise, really enjoyed the experience and totally recommend Sydney Event Cruises.

An enjoyable cruise and a good way to enjoy the harbour activities during Vivid. The staff were all very polite and friendly.

A wonderful evening on The Inception Boat, 4 levels including an open roof top. All staff were very friendly and well organised! Thanks for the experience, will be back!

The original experience was cancelled and had to change me babysitter etc to another night . My first time attending Vivid and was disappointed about what you could see from the cruise . Only saw a couple of lights and had to walk around to Circular Quay to see the lights in the Opera House . Wouldn’t recommend.

The cruise was only 1hr not 1-1:2 hours

It was good. The onboarding experience was very poorly organised and confusing. There was very little seating available so we really didn’t see much of Vivid at all which was the reason we booked. Drinks were included but options were pretty limited and some bottled drinks weren’t cold. Food was good but expensive and only a few options because our cruise got ‘upgraded’ to a different ship.

Good morning, I’m typing this email to express my frustrations on our last cruise with you guys on Saturday 24th. I originally booked a 5:30 departure cruise on the glow boat. Instead our cruise got changed to 6:30 and the boat got changed to the Sea Deck. I totally understand that things may happen and things need to change to accommodate. I didn’t however expect to be standing around in pushy lines for an hour to get a seat that wasn’t available. The boat did not depart until 7:15 and we were back at 8:15. The bar was not set up until 7:30. Then to top it off we were rushed off the boat unable to finish our drinks that we had waited for ever to get. This is not acceptable Not happy

The description of the coupon I purchased was completely misleading, and prompts you for payment before promoting you to check an external booking/availability website. Then I was told I wasn’t able to have a refund even though the description before printing you to pay lists available dates for the tickets that aren’t actually available.

Very poor service. There was no one to welcome us. No idea which cruise is ours.
