My first visit to the clinic and I had a lovely experience. Andrea gave me a fantastic massage with just the right amount of pressure. The room was comfortable and warm with relaxing ambient music. The massage table was sturdy and comfortable. I also had the infra-red sauna which I'd never tried before. It was relaxing but I prefer a traditional steam sauna. Overall I would definitely recommend a visit.

Really helpful when booking appointment

Brilliant customer service. Five months ago my Groupon voucher expired, the team at Healthy Life Clinic were able to reactivate my expired voucher for a massage and sauna, which I was able to use. Since then I have been a regular massage client seeing other staff. I bought an acupuncture voucher and sauna and I've recommended this place to my family and friends.

This was a fantastic experience. It was my first time receiving acupuncture and I loved it. I will definitely be an ongoing return customer. If you're want to dip your toes in, i strongly reccomend! 10/10 on all fronts.

Enjoyed a very relaxing massage and then followed with an infra red sauna session. Both experiences were excellent. Premises all very professional, clean and relaxing. Staff were very professional and welcoming. Easy parking in front of clinic. Who doesn't love a massage and the sauna was great as I hate the sweating that comes with a normal sauna, so here you get the benefit without the discomfort. I also find the normal sauna too hot and have issues with breathing and light headedness in them which I did not experience at all in the infra red sauna. I also had a chat and quick session with Dr Tommy after massage and sauna which was very helpful and insightful and in one short session helped a lot with a limp and discomfort I was having on my right side. I will definitely be going back to have more treatments and recommending to all my family and friends.
