They are accommodating and the service was great

Two different people did my lashes. One eye looked natural (as i asked) The other looked so different:( when I complained they then had to try to even it out Months later many lashes wouldn't come off naturally. They were in clumps. I lost so many of my real lashes. So upset

Staff was terribly slow and cut my finger skin. It’s so painful and sore now. Waited there for 30 hour for my appointment. Manicure took for 2 hours, Pedicure took another 2 hours. Wasted my time and money when I was rushing. Staff was not experienced at all. No hand cream, no scrubbing, no water bubbles and no toe separations at all compared to others.
