I had an excellent experience and outcome today at 1st Lady Health and Beauty! My HIFU treatment on chin and neck was delivered by Sachi in a very professional and competent manner. The treatment room was very clean and neatly organised and my HIFU treatment was thoroughly explained to me. I shall be returning for future treatments.

I highly recommend 1st Lady Health & Beauty. Sashi gave me a wonderful Glow Gold Facial, today. She made me feel right at home, and the facial was so relaxing, I nearly went to sleep! I must also add that the waiting room is gorgeous, like something out of a fairy tale. I will definitely be going back. :)

Macy is very professional and did an amazing job shaping my eyebrows and giving my face a fresh look. I had a great experience from the minute I walked in the door, the girls provide a great service. Macy was very thorough in explaining the process and she was very gentle with the feathering and ombré. I purchased the microdermabrasion with gold facial treatment voucher. I could not tell you what the gold facial treatment addition was. The salon is cute and the ladies are lovely. The facial itself involved 10 mins of micro and the remaining ~40 mins of facial massage of layers of scented cleanser (I think?!), face mask and moisturiser. I’m prone to break outs so this didn’t really help my skin.

What is microdermabrasion?
It’s an advanced exfoliating technique in which the surface layer of dead skin cells is gently removed. The treatment aims to reduce the appearance of fine lines, and generally encourage brighter complexions.
How can people prepare?
Clients are advised to avoid the use of chemical creams, electrolysis, peeling cosmetics and waxing five days before the treatment.
What does aftercare involve?
People should wash their face using only cold or tepid water for the first day, and avoid lotions and products with harsh ingredients. Their skin may look slightly red but this will fade over the following couple of days.
