Thai: A more dynamic massage involving stretching, pressing and acupressure. Great for tight muscles, if you need a good stretch or deep tissue work. It is traditionally done without oil.

Chinese Remedial: A therapeutic practice that uses acupressure, kneading and chopping techniques. It can be strong or gentle and is beneficial for many conditions. It can be done with or without oil.
