Need To Know

Must be 14 or older. Valid days and hours: kickboxing classes: Mon-Fri 6pm, Mon 6am, Sat 10am, 11am; strength classes: Wed and Fri 6am. Every class is 60 minutes and taught by qualified instructor. Cotton inner protective gloves provided, bringing personal boxing gloves recommended. Kickboxing class size: max 20 people. Strength class size: max 10 people. Standard fine print for all deals.
