Very professional. The only set back ,I was recommended an upgrade on my foils that cost me an extra 89.00 and I was at the salon for 4hrs.I was happy with my outcome.

The staff here is unprofessional!!! My 16 year old daughter waited for 3 weeks for her hair appt. only to find out after dropping her off at the salon that they canceled her appt coz they were understaffed. They claimed that they sent her a txt msg. saying her appointment has been cancelled. My daughter immediately rang asking me to pick her up coz they can’t do her hair that day & she needed to rebook her appointment. Fact is she did not receive any txt msg from them to say her appt is cancelled. I took a half day at work just to drop her off at the salon, & same goes for my daughter who didn’t take any shift from work that day. She can’t pick a date to reschedule for another booking coz she’ll be occupied for the next 2-3 weeks from uni & work. Their excuse is that probably they forgot to press the send txt button. Omg! They should be ringing their customers & apologetically informing them they need to cancel the appt so as not to waste their time and effort. So when we can’t decide on the next date appt. I spoke to the owner on the phone and told her that my daughter lost her interest to continue their service & opted to just get a refund, she suddenly said that they can squeeze her in but the waiting time will be longer. My daughter said she’s willing to wait coz she’s there already & for me not to drive back to pick her up at the salon. What really bothered me was when the staff and other customers started talking and commenting about the situation in a negative way where my daughter can hear everything. One customer even said that if it happened to her, she could have just rebooked the appt . Sounded like a good idea but why did she not re-book her appt then! My daughter felt very uncomfortable hearing all this making her experience in that salon very unpleasant. She started crying in the car when I picked her up . This is no way to treat a customer specially a young person like my daughter.
