Please arrive 10 minutes early. 48-hour cancellation notice required. State Voucher and Security Code at time of booking. Present printed or smartphone Groupon on arrival. Valid days and hours: monday 10.30 am to 5pm tuesday 10.30am to 5pm wednesday 10.30am to 5pm thursday 10.30 am to 12pm friday 10.30 am to 5pm weekend not available. Upgrade the service with Wash and Dry Off $30, to be paid directly to the merchant. Please check the map to confirm location to avoid late arrival. Failure to show up for booking makes the voucher void for future use. No shows forfeit the voucher. Treatments need to be booked and redeemed prior to the expiry date. No vouchers will be accepted after the expiry date. Appointment required. Merchant contact information will be available for you after purchase in your voucher. No-shows will forfeit their voucher. Security code must be provided when booking an appointment. A 24-hour cancellation policy applies. A $15 late fee will be charged for clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late. In the event of a no-show, clients will need to purchase a new voucher due to employee compensation. Cancellations are only permitted up to 24 hours before the appointment. Vouchers will be forfeited for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.
