$35 for a four-week boot camp for two people (total value up to $200)

  • Customers can spend 30 minutes before or after work sweating it out during a high impact group boot camp
  • Participants can work out at their own pace in a session that focuses on strengthening and toning the body
  • Choose between Kangaroo Point and CBD locations
  • Boot camp sessions are run three times a week at Kangaroo Point and six times a week in the CBD

Blueprint Health and Fitness strives to improve fitness, strength and condition. Offering personal training sessions as well as group sessions, Blueprint Health and Fitness operates in the CBD. Focusing on setting achievable goals, encouragement and increasing fitness levels, the classes can be attended by those just starting out or by those already in great shape.
