The direction was so poor that we got lost and there was no people to guide us so we ended up going to a wrong boat and was not allowed to get on the boat. Overall wasted all our money and didn’t even receive any refund or a chance to reschedule. We were very upset. It ruined our trip.

We didn't get to see any whales - it was near the end of the season but we had a lovely time anyway! They have also offered vouchers for another trip.

• Cruise departs twice a day at 8.30am boarding (strict departure at 9am sharp) AND 1pm boarding (strict departure at 1.30pm sharp) from Mariners Cove Marina (next to Marina Mirage) at 60-70 Seaworld Drive, Main Beach, Gold Coast
• Please bring camera, sunscreen, hat, binoculars, warm clothes, sensible shoes, and seasickness remedy, if needed
• No food or drink to be brought onto boat
