How to Use:

• Wear the product on the knee
• Connect the cable between the right and left knee
• Connect the power cable with the right knee wrap massager
• Power on
• Press the “Time” button to turn on the device, then press “Time” to adjust the time for working (10/20/30min)
• Knee pads shall automatically select the high heat mode and automatic timing 10 minutes (can be changed)
• Press “Vibration” button to turn on/off the vibration massage function
• Press “Heat” button to choose high/middle/low temperature
• Long press the “Time” button to turn off the device
• For best results, use this device one to two times per day for 30 minutes each time
