- Valid on Sat 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm.
- Only ONE per person - per home (changing home doesn't mean they can purchase

- After 20 km out from the base at Bridgeman Downs it is $2 per km travel additional
cost.
- Not available out of hrs or Sunday and public holidays. If required, an additional $50
cost occurs.
- Voucher is not valid for commercial work
- Voucher is only available for average single story, 3 bedroom homes and average size
units. Anything larger will be an extra charge to be determined on call.
- Voucher do not come with warranty, if warranty is required, there is an extra $98
charge for 12 month warranty.
- 48 hr notice for cancellation of booking time.
