About CrossFit Essendon

CrossFit Essendon provides CrossFit classes designed by a Physiotherapist and Professional CrossFit Coaches. They place a strong emphasis on proper technique to prevent injuries and make sure everyone gets the most out of each session. Each class has a capacity of 6-10 people so they ensure everyone gets their own individual approach and feedback. Classes are only allowed for those who fit the following criteria: Previously participated in CrossFit classes at a CrossFit Affiliated gym, performed other high intensity group workouts such as HIIT or F45, currently attend or perform regular exercise at a gym or recreationally
