-All clients are to be dry when using the machine - this includes hair, no lotion or creme on the body.
-All sessions must be completed by the same person within a validity period.
-Strictly no refunds following purchase unless for medical reasons and a doctor's letter will be required.
-Strictly no phone bookings allowed, you must e-mail and will receive a response within 24 hours.
-For LED - clients who are pregnant, have cancer or have a terminal illness need a letter from their healthcare professional to undergo treatment.
-If suspected skin sensitivity issues to light, a skin sensitivity test can be arranged 24 hours before booking.
-Make-up is to be removed before treatment.
-Clients who are on antibiotics or use Accutane, Retin-A or Retinol-A on their skin, need to stop using these for at least 7 days prior to LED light therapy face treatment.
-Clients are not to suntan either by sunlight or artificially for at least 7 days prior to LED light therapy treatment.
