Wine and cheese are the perfect combination – with the flavours from each complementing the other. The team at Dionysus Winery have put together some great pairings of wine and cheese to highlight the best flavours of both the cheese and the wines.

The same can’t be said for chocolate. However, at Dionysus Winery they make a range of chocolates which have their wines included in the fillings. You can get the primary fruit flavours of the wines bundled in a scrumptious chocolate. It’s a great challenge to try the wines whilst eating the chocolates and to detect the wine characteristics in the chocolate.

For this experience you will taste four wines with matching cheese or chocolates. Choose your experience in two easy steps when you arrive at the cellar door.
