(1) Either upload your latest electricity bill using merchant’s bill extraction tool or complete below steps. 
(2) Enter your postcode, including your voucher number in the voucher code field. 
(3) Follow the prompts by entering your latest electricity bill details and upload a clear copy of the same complete bill. 
(4) Must provide a valid and active email address and contact number which must be of the account holder. 
(5) If you decide to switch, click ‘Apply Now’. 
(6) Follow the prompts, enter your personal information and your residential property as required. 
(7) Complete ID check and OTP (one-time pin) validation of your mobile number and click ‘Submit’ to complete the sign-up and switch process.
