State Voucher and Security Code at time of booking. Present printed or smartphone Groupon on arrival. Not valid on public holidays. No walk-ins are accepted; Must be booked in advance to avoid missing out. 72-hour cancelation policy. At the appointment, a consent form must be filled out. Must arrive 15 minutes before the appointment time. Must not wear any make-up including mascara to the appointment. A surcharge will apply for the removal of old lashes, which will extend the appointment time. Must notify Esthetic by Design if lash removal is required.
