Tom GB Exceptionally clean good value and friendly staff. The breakfree is a hidden gem I have stayed once before in February last year which is the reason I am here again, the place is so well laid out around the swimming pool with beautiful looking accommodation and even better inside with large bathroom with jacuzzi if required very clean and comfortable the staff are so friendly and accommodating.

Underwhelming/rundown but has potential Unfortunately, the room we were given was very run down, had a terrible smell and was not the cleanest. Sheets and bedding were clean Walls were covered in marks and dirt marks. Carpets were in dire need of replacement Aircon was dirty. Downs lights super dim needs replacement and 1 worked intimately. Shower head held up with cable ties which was replaced sometime in the stay while we were out but still leaked. Shower screen leaks all over floor. Plug super mouldy. Spoons and mugs for coffee/tea provided were filthy, spoons cover in dried yoghurt and food and cups dried coffee- this is something housekeeping should keep check on. Blue light on roof flashes bright all night. Ceiling cobwebs all around. Big gap under front door so wind blows dirt under and if another room is smoking your get hot boxer by second hand smoke with the kids. Not 1 staff member greeted us while walking around. (Reception friendly) Pool clean but around it does bot get maintained and rubbish sat in the bbq area whole time we stayed. Adding some other utensils, plates and bowls would also go along way and possibly a toaster. I think management is trying to get some things sorted, would try again but hope standards are better. Look forward to seeing what this hotel can become

Basic Very dated and worn ‘standard’ room near the pool. The room was drenched in the smell of something like cheap Lynx men’s body spray that just didn’t go away with all windows open. No microwave. Noisy pool opposite. Won’t stay again for business.

Website booking system incorrect, displayed $136 and charged $161 At the Start the booking system is flawed and the special advertised was not honoured. When I raised this problem at the check-in the staff person was not interested and did not offer to rectify the problem

Check your credit card after staying here I dropped in to bar yo get a night cap after having dinner elsewhere. When i told the barstaff I was staying in the motel and was taking the $15 drink back to my room, the words she used in response made my feel that she thought I was going to steal the glass and she'd get someone to check the room the next morning to make sure the glass was there. OMG. What next. So after I finished the drink I took the glass back. Please do not charge my credit card for that glass. Id suggest you focus on your lights working correctly and under door trims functioning instead of accusing quests of stealing glasses before they even drank the very expensive drink. Is this attitude a reflection of the residents of the town? The person definitely requires training especially in customer service or is she the correct person for the job.
