PLEASANT OVERNIGHT STAY AT ESTATE TUSCANY Enjoyed an overnight stay at Estate Tuscany. Older style motel accommodation but we certainly did not experience any of the bad conditions experienced by some reviewers on this site. Our Olive Grove room, including bathroom, was spacious, the bed very comfortable, the TV fully functional, the chairs and small lounge appreciated. Yes the furniture is dated but everything including the TV, the remote and air conditioner, which had been switched on prior to our arrival to make the room comfortable, worked as expected. However a most important aspect for us is always the cleanliness of the room and in that regard we were not disappointed. The room, the bathroom, the bedding and the towels were all very clean as expected. The problem with the dirty bath water mentioned in a previous guests review can probably be explained by pointing out the floor of the bath has been covered in a non-slip coating that on a quick, initial view can give the impression of a small amount of water in the bath (my wife initially thought this). The fact is, the bath was very clean with a safety feature included. For the price paid, this stay did not disappoint.

Relax in Tuscan charm! Estate Tuscany offers wine country bliss, delicious dining, and stunning mountain views.

A former beautiful hotel now completely unloved by new owners This is the 3rd time I have stayed here and probably my last unless the new owners decide to make it work. Everything is in decline since my 2 visits prior to 2022 when previous owners were there. The reception area which was a lovely first impression and beautiful space is now closed. The pool area has broken and tiles everywhere, run down furniture and missing shade sails. The previously beautiful gardens are now just weeds. The location is amazing, this is a jewel but current owners seem to be ignoring it. No wifi, old TVs with no smarts, no mini bar. Breakfast was delicious but there is no choice in hot food, just one option. The new reception is a desk in the restaurant, when we checked in we had to provide our credit card details because, quote ‘we might damage the room’, not very welcoming at all. It will be spectacular again one day if the owners want it to be. Until then it is a very neglected hotel in a beautiful location. Such a shame to let it get like this, makes me sad.

Do not be fooled by fake reviews I only managed to drop off my bags and wax in the room for less than 5 mins before realising I could not sleep there. No remote for air conditioner, room was dirty, deep cracks all over the ceiling and walls that you know 100% things will crawl out. Bathroom was mouldy, bathtub was dirty snd had dirt water in it. I decided to leave and not stay, loss of lunch, dinner booking deposits and had to make my way home again as not way to get a dog friendly hotel. The reply from manager Tameka was horrendous. Met 3 other groups staying there, all said room was dirty, hair in bathtub. Unacceptable and had the nerve after loss of a weekend and money, having to be picked up all the way from Sydney to only refund one night and think they did me a favour by not charging dog fee when we never even stayed,

Incredibly neglected and dirty. The marketing for Estate Tuscany is wildly misleading. This place is a dumpster fire. The condition of the property shows prolonged extreme neglect. Estate Tuscany markets “manicured olive-fringed gardens.” This is simply untrue. There is no olive grove — just a few struggling trees scattered amongst extensive weeds. The property is so visibly neglected. Our initial “Olive Grove” room (again, no grove) was extremely tired, with very old furniture and a grubby bathroom. Within minutes we were asked to move due to a “water issue,” which appears to be a long-standing problem based on other guest reviews. The second room had a much better outlook over the neighbouring properties' vines but displayed the same extreme neglect: broken air-conditioning vanes, a decades-old television that constantly flickered green and was unwatchable, and a non-functioning remote. The bathroom was truly filthy — blackened dirty floor tiles, thick soap scum in the shower, an inadequately cleaned toilet (I am being no nice here), dead insects present and bath towels that smelt of dog. Outside, an overflowing rubbish bin greeted us on arrival and sat there till day 2. The grounds were over run by weeds, leaves and dirt by the door - the grounds are clearly unmaintained. The swimming pool was littered with leaves and surrounded by duck droppings. The tennis court is a total wreck and not in any way salvageable. It is no longer a tennis court - it's covered in weeds and dirt with the net slumped sadly by the side. Friendly restaurant staff aside, this property is clearly understaffed and has been allowed to deteriorate so very badly. The gap between their marketing and reality is extreme. Easily the worst accommodation we have ever experienced. We would not recommend this property under any circumstances - even if you're desperate. Just drive on by.
