Great family getaway! We loved our stay at the Ramada. Our apartment was spacious and well-maintained. The kids loved playing in the pool and the proximity to the beach was fantastic! We loved that we didn't need to get in our car once while we were staying there.

Lovely Bed BUT …. Rooms really need a Revamp and thorough clean 3.5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐✨ We recently stayed at Ramada Marcoola and while there were some positives, there is definitely room for improvement. The rooms were quite average and in need of a thorough clean. The overall feel was very outdated and tired, and the property would really benefit from a long-overdue revamp. On a positive note, the bed was absolutely beautiful and incredibly comfortable — we had a fantastic night’s sleep! With some modern updates and attention to detail, this place could really shine again.

Handy for airport Lovely and close to the airport. Staff at reception on arrival very pleasant and welcoming. Rooms looking a little dated with cracked tiles and chipped paint.

Room was awful We stayed in room 2205, appears this is owned and rented out- TV did not work after staff tried several times (we got a bottle of wine and chocolate to make us happy!!) the carpet and tiles were stained and smelt, the cupboard was broken and door was falling off, the front door frame was rusted out, the air- conditioning was so noisy you could not sleep and unable to turn off, all in all was terrible. However the staff very nice, location, pool, restaurant and proximity to beach wonderful, a hidden secret actually , Cuba St cafe across the road has awesome coffee. Not sure what the other rooms are like and seem to allow pets as the corridors have pet hair everywhere and smells, won’t stay here again, find another place is my recommendation

Love it We love staying at this resort . Pool and beach are both amazing. Rooms are fantastic. Staff are all very nice and helpful. Restaurant was very nice . Great coffee shop across the road for morning coffee. Airport not far away that you really don’t need to hire a car.
