A comfortable hotel I arrived at Rydges late afternoon and was welcomed by Robert - from as soon as I walked up to him to me getting the room for the night- he went well beyond. Nothing was an issue and treated me like I had been there a million times. Room perfect, room service delicious, breakfast yummy. Wished I could stay longer and myself and husband will be back again soon.

Great position, clean, friendly staff Enjoyed the overnight stay here for a work meeting in Sydney. Great position and good rooms. Breakfast restaurant was fine, good coffee and friendly staff. Concierge was my only criticism as when I was waiting for a taxi, a senior concierge (largish man) was yelling for me and my colleagues to move out of the way as a bus load of international tourists arrived and were unloading. Totally not required to be so aggressive and rude when he could have been polite with his requests

Peaceful Sleep in the Heart of the City We stayed at Rydges World Square in November and had a fantastic experience. The hotel was spotless, and the staff were consistently very nice, polite, and helpful, which made our stay even more pleasant. The location is absolutely fantastic — right in the heart of the city and extremely central, making it easy to get everywhere. What really stood out to us was how quiet the room was. Despite the hotel being so centrally located, we couldn’t hear any noise at all once we were inside the room. This was both surprising and amazing. We had a very busy week and were completely exhausted most days, so having such a peaceful, quiet room made a huge difference. The room was perfect for getting a truly good night’s sleep. Overall, a wonderful stay and a hotel we would happily return to and recommend.

Rude and racist staff and managers- AVOID!!! Front desk staff including managers were rude and extremely unhelpful upon checking-in after a very long-flight. Even after thanking the manager for his lack of help after all, he did not respond and just glared at my family and I with extreme animosity and made us feel very unwelcomed and not safe. Also, their sheets and blankets were all stained. I would 100% avoid this hotel.

Unpleasant Unpleasant (Just Bad!) customer service and when you arrive back after a long day of amazing site seeing… there’s ‘no streaming’ at all! I mean to spend these amounts of money on accommodation and then receive s____ customer service & have no access to anything but channel 7 …”is unbelievable” in these current days and times… DO NOT STAY HERE ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH IT _
