Tongarra Day Sail
Tongarra Day Sail leads off the beaten track, to some of the Whitsunday Islands’ secret spots. On the board of a large catamaran, passengers can take in the spectacular scenery whilst listening to history talks and learning more about the reefs and the local islands. The experience is paired with snorkeling sessions in secluded anchorages and bays inhabited by tropical fish and colourful corals.
The Itinerary
- Depart from the award-winning Coral Sea Marina at 10am
- Sail for two hours to the first snorkel location
- Lunch on the deck in the middle of a small tropical oasis
- Short trip to the spectacular Langford Island Sandbar - two hours to snorkel, relax, play and explore the island
- Return sunset sail back to Airlie Beach for 6.30pm
