Pickup & Drop Location

1. 384 Shute Harbour Road – Airlie Beach Main Street – In front of Travel Shack

• Pickup time is 40 minutes before your booked flight departure time. Please be there on time as we do not wait if you are late, and you have to get to Shute Harbour Airport at your own cost.
• For example, if your flight is 8am, you need to be at the pickup location by 7:20am
• The van will be waiting on the main road outside of Travel Shack at Waterson Way

2. Port Of Airlie at Cruise Whitsundays Bus Stop

• Meeting Time is 35 minutes before your booked flight departure time
• For example: if your flight time is at 12pm, your pickup time at the Port of Airlie location would be 11:25
• When you make your reservation you will be asked to pick one of these pick up locations or make you own way to the airport (need to be there 30 minutes before the scheduled departure)
• If you have not selected a pickup during booking please let us know by emailing whitsundays@flyaus.com.au at least 24 hours before your flight so we can arrange the pickup service for you.

• We will drop you back to the same pickup location in Airlie Beach after your scenic flight
