- New and existing clients welcome.
- Valid for one person per ticket type (or the specified number of adults and children for family passes).
- Coastal Safari: Child rates apply for children aged 3-12 years. Infants (2 years and under) may travel free on an adult's lap.
- Snorkel Safari: Child rates apply for children aged 8-12 years. Minimum age for Snorkel Safari is 8 years.
- Seniors, Students, and Concession holders must provide valid ID proof before boarding.
- Appointment required. Please book online via the Kangaroo Island Ocean Safari website or call in advance to secure your preferred safari time. You will need to quote your Groupon security code at the time of booking.
- Voucher valid until December 31, 2028. Plenty of time to plan your visit!
- Present your Groupon voucher upon arrival.
- While marine life sightings are frequent, we cannot guarantee specific animal encounters as these are wild animals in their natural habitat.
- Weather dependent: Tours may be subject to change or cancellation due to adverse weather conditions for your safety and comfort. A full refund or reschedule will be offered in such cases.
Cancellation Policy:
- Full refund provided if the tour is cancelled by Kangaroo Island Ocean Safari due to minimum numbers not being reached, poor weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, and an alternative time is not established.
- No refund provided for non-attendance at the scheduled tour time.
- No refund provided for guests who cancel within 48 hours of scheduled tour time.
- Guests can reschedule their tour if required, however, more than 48 hours' notice must be provided to Kangaroo Island Ocean Safari via telephone or email confirmation.
- All bookings cancelled within 7 days of scheduled departure will incur a 50% charge of the tour cost; alternatively, a credit can be held for you to use within an 18-month timeframe, unless otherwise stated on the booking form.
Additional Notes:
- It is recommended to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time.
- Wear comfortable clothing and bring a towel, swimwear (for snorkel safari), sunscreen, hat, and camera.
- Food and drinks may be restricted onboard; please check with the operator if you intend to bring any.
- Specific medical conditions or mobility issues should be disclosed at the time of booking to ensure appropriate arrangements can be made.
- No cash value or cashback.
