My experience with Jade was extremely positive and honest. I had originally booked a treatment; however, after Jade conducted a thorough assessment and asked about the medications I was taking, we identified a more suitable approach. Jade demonstrated impressive knowledge and explored alternative methods to best support my skin needs. I have never experienced this level of professionalism and care with other beauticians. Unfortunately, previous treatments had caused pigmentation issues, but Jade was transparent about this and provided complimentary advice to help address the problem. I now feel confident and reassured in continuing my skin journey with Beauty on O’Connell.
