3. Not valid for patients with active periodontal disease that require deep cleaning. The practitioner reserves the right to not clean the teeth in one appointment if the patients mouth has copious amounts of calculus.

4. Appointment booking is required and subject to availability. Please call 08 8166 3632 to schedule.

5. Limit one Groupon voucher per person. May purchase additional vouchers as gifts.

7. 48-Hour Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of your voucher.
