DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. Horrible customer service. Paid online and I called so many times over 2 weeks, no one ever got back to me. One random time they finally answer their phone and offered me one date that was only one available. I said yes for the but couldnt get that date off work. I have been calling them 2-3 times a day, messaging on facebook, emailing, for now 3 weeks. No one has returned calls, facebook messages or emails. In process of trying to get a refund in other ways. Dont waste your time or energy.

Purchased on January 16, 2022. They booked me in for the end of Feb, but have not sent me any info. I have called a number of times and emailed and they fail to respond. I've not done the course and I can see the voucher is already marked as redeemed? I'm really not happy about this. Very poor customer service.

Really enjoyed the snorkel however after booking and paying online we were made to pay another $10 for the gear hire which nobody else said they were made to pay. 2 of the staff were great but the skipper was rude and obnoxious and was rude to his fellow employees also in front of clients which made us feel uncomfortable. The day seemed really disorganised and I’ve been on a few dive and snorkel boats and this one needs some work. Staff were standing around talking for 20 minutes as we all waited on the bus and stuffing around. Seemed very disorganised and not customer focused.

• 3 day course on consecutive days, if the purchaser does not show or cancels on any of the days a surcharge of $100 applies for instructor fees
• You are required to pass a dive medical evaluation, in accordance with Australian Medical Standards, prior to commencement of your course to ensure your safety. This medical is at your own cost
• 7 day notice of cancellation, along with your medical statement, must be provided in cases where the medical is failed
• All participants are required bring proof of their completed medical test as well as two passport sized photos
• All participants should be able to comfortably swim 200 metres
• Boat dives are subject to weather conditions and may need re-scheduling
