Rating of 1 out of 5 starsApril 21, 2021 Booked an appointment two week in advance using Groupon wash cut and hair treatment. Never anybody treated me so badly as Alexa did. When I get to my appointment at 2:30 pm on Saturday 17th April, Alexa ignored me first and then told me she has a client and will do my hair half an hour late. Alexa asked me out to go for a walk while I told her I have another appointment at 3:30. Alexa said in her automatic email; it had mentioned the appointment might have a delay; while I checked my phone, and there was nothing like what she claimed. Alexa was doing a six or seven-year-old girl hair, and that little girl's mom was there as well. I get back to my car, and I called the nail salon that I had an appointment with them. Sail salon staff said I have to be on time. I got back to Alexa and told her that I have to be on time. Then she said to other clients they had to wait, and she gonna get my hair done first. Alexa put a towel around my neck and said, "Be nice!" while I was quite calm and nice as stress is poison to my health issue. To hold her, I am nice even to help; I did not want a hair cut just wash and blow wave! Then she pushed the towel that was around my neck that made a bad bruise on my neck and started assaulting me in front of that little girl and her mom. Alexa said I have to leave her business. Otherwise, she would call the police! I was shaking, that little girl was about to cry, and Alexa was constantly abusing me verbally. I decided to stay because I wanted her to redeem my voucher and I can share my terrible experience on Groupon. I told her it is too late to go anywhere else, and I paid for Groupon already. Then after 2-3 min abusing, she started doing my hair! OMG, terrible behaviour and attitude! she hit my head twice with a brush, and all the time, I just thought I would leave a negative review and complain about her business. The whole experience was being rushed. One hour and a half appointment performed in 15 minutes. Pathetic experience...doesn't even deserve any star! In the end, she again assaulted me in front of other clients by saying: "Go and get a refund from Groupon; I do not want your money".
I asked her to redeem the voucher cause the only reason I went through this horrible experience was leaving her a negative review. I left, and I made my next nail appointment but was crying all the time as my head and neck were hit by Alexa and, more importantly, all her assaults and verbal abuses. The attached photo is the screenshot of Alexa email after the appointment, and she mentioned she is sorry, but no way I forgive what she did to me in front of a little girl.
@Alexa: I have been diagnosed with Brain Cancer. I decided to treat my hair nicely all the time before shaving them for surgery. I had the worse experience ever in the service sector. I am a university lecture and own a doctorate in business and marketing, and I know no one deserves to be treated the way you treat your clients. I am sure you use to seeing negative feedback, as I found a lot in your google reviews and Groupon. I highly recommend you take an "Anger Management" course and "Customer Service"; otherwise, you will lose your business soon.
