Even though we haven`t been on the cruise yet ( missed the train from being too jetlagged ). I rang their phone number immediately to inform we weren`t going to make it to the cruise. I spoke to "Allen", who was very polite, friendly & helpful & said he would fit us on another cruise in the near future so we wouldn`t miss out. My girlfriend & I were so relieved. Thanks very much, can definitely recommend this company !!
