Kumar is professional and thorough when he examines you before providing treatment. I feel better after the third massage, he managed to losen up muscle knots in my back, neck and shoulders. I highly recommend the 2 sessions if you're feeling stiff and sore. He also gives lots of good general advice and after care self help techniques.

I purchased this after seeing all the great reviews so have high expectations going to my session. Kumar definitely did not disappoint. He took time to understand what my issues were and even provided me some exercise tips to do at home. Will definitely be a return customer in future !
