All I want is to get what I paid for. Have not redeemed my voucher but have been told I have. Neither Groupon or hello Fred will answer my messages.

Do not order, as they don't deliver to correct address and won't respond or deliver the meals until multiple days later. Mince had a hole in the packaging and was off. Very difficult to organise with staff.

Ingredients would arrive damaged every week. We received ground beef that had been sliced straight down the middle and had leaked all over our box of ingredients. But when things like this happen all they do is give you a minimal credit toward another box, which doesn’t work when your using a Groupon for 4 weeks! Then you have to spend more money on a fifth week to use the credits from their mistakes.
