Pretty disappointed with the service I received today.
On my written report it stated my right head light wasn't working properly, but when I got home, the left head light wasn't working at all (note: it was still working when I left home this morning to drive to the service centre). When I called them to enquire what happened, I was told the mechanic probably wrote the wrong down the wrong side and it should have been the left side, not the right side.
I'm really surprised to hear that and it makes me question now if my left or right front tyre needs replacing as I can't go by their report ..

I have been taking my car here for quite a few years now. This time I got the service and re-gas. My voucher was about to expire and they went out of their way to make sure I got booked in and the job done, my car and AC are running very well. The staff are very friendly and they always call me to let me know if any extra jobs need doing and get my consent. It's very hard for a woman to find a good garage that they can trust.
