Made me wait past the start time, but the actual facial was lovely! Gave me some tips for improving my skin at home, and didn’t try to push me to buy anything. The place is clean and the beautician was very skilled. She said she’d been working in the industry for 20 years ( but she didn’t look that old!) and she did a fantastic job.
