Over processed my eyelashes in the lash lift. They now look like wiggly spiders legs. Very disappointed as I have to wait for them to grow out now.

This place was completely unprofessional. For starters, they're not even at the address stated on here - when I arrived and the place was closed they claimed they texted me but I received nothing. The owner kept pushing me to add other treatments - including a tint when I already have long black lashes- someone less confident would have felt very pressured. They will also charge you for a face mask even though they give you no warning you will require one - I could have brought several from home! THEY COULD NOT PERM MY LASHES AT ALL! They attempted 3 and a half times with two different technicians. I was on the table for nearly 2 hours with stinging eyes! They kept leaving the room and I had to yell out I was in pain for anyone to return, I was literally in tears. The communication was terrible, I had to ask them to repeat themselves several times - and I am half chinese, aka very used to half english but I could not understand them. In the end they half apologised and asked me to come back the following week to try again but there is no way I am trusting my eyes in their incompetent hands again. I've been having lash lifts for 4 years and never once had an experience like this - 2 hours of my life I'm not getting back. When I got home there was still glue on my eyelids and lashes - I ended up losing lashes getting that off.

Very nice lady who was doing my volume lashes! First she wanted to plan with me, what kind of lashes i want. Then it took about 1,5 hours to make them. I have had 3 weeks my lashes now, and still looks good! So i think i will go next week to infill my lashes. So, these last 3-4 weeks well! First 3 weeks my lashes doesnt fall at all, really! This is best place where i have been taking volume lashes, even better then in Europe where i am from! Thank you so much!
