- All booking changes on the customer's behalf will incur a fee of $40 and must give 48 hours’ notice.
- All bookings are subject to availability; please call prior to purchase to avoid disappointment as no vouchers can be refunded.
- All weekend bookings are subject to a $20 weekend surcharge.

- Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding people.
- All patrons must read, write, and understand English to drive the jet ski.
- The merchant reserves the right to change or reschedule a booking due to minimum numbers, bad weather, or maintenance requirements.
- Not valid on Australian Public Holidays/Long Weekends, School Holidays, and Peak Periods.
- All customers must follow current health directions put in place by the NSW Government; no refunds are permitted.
