The only reason I haven’t given five stars is because of the additional costs.
I would warn people to read the small print before purchasing as my daughter was expecting to pay an additional $20 at most because her hair is past her shoulders. This was mentioned to her on the phone when she booked. But she was actually charged an additional $65 to also include toner and her hair is thick. I don’t think her hair is thick. I think I would prefer the cost was all up front rather than hidden. What if my daughter had only turned up with the extra $20 she had been warned about on the phone and didn’t have the additional $45?

They fit me in due to travel being interrupted, however I found them slightly rude, had to sit for my hair to set never got offered a coffee. Disappointing because other ladies had coffee.
