I’m genuinely surprised to see other good reviews here. To start with - this place has more add ons than Jetstar. I purchased the socks for Xmas presents and ordered on the 20th November. I needed to pay an extra $40 to ensure they were printed in two weeks and then $85 in express freight to meet our family lunch date. I refused to pay the $8 per sock to preview the format and layout. So in essence, I paid $130 to expedite the order and still waited 4 weeks and it came down to the wire - with me begging to collect the socks from the depot instead of the 48 delivery window they allow “subcontractors”. The socks came and won’t fit over the grandparents ankles - total waste of $200. But the fun part - the “service team” agreed to refund me $30USD for the “express freight” that wasn’t express at all and send me another 5 pairs of ugly socks. Then put $25 AUD back on my card as a refund and ignored my emails from there. This is an Asian gimmick and I’ve no idea why Groupon allows them to sell through their brand. Save your money and give it a miss.
