Purchased three vouchers, used one voucher and other two did not work. Ordered the one set and did not hear back from the merchant at all. Had to get Groupon Customer Service to get involved. The item took so long to arrive and the customer service from "Keep it Custom" was non-existent. The item arrived and it's fine. When other vouchers did not work, I was told to contact the Merchant directly, no one ever picked up or called me back. I would NEVER buy ANYTHING from this company again. Groupon Customer Service was amazing
