Absolutely shit company. Kogan and Groupon both are a bunch of cons. I used the voucher but got only$2.00 added to my account. Chased Groupon but was told that it was not their problem but Kogan’s. Have been chasing Kogan for the last 8 week’s without any success.

• Purchase your Kogan Mobile offer (includes SIM) on the Groupon website (you will be issued with 2 codes: 1 for plan and 1 for SIM order)
• Redeem online: https://www.kogan.com/account/dashboard/account/evoucher/redeem; if you don't have a Kogan account, it will ask you to create one, if you do then it will continue
1. Put your code there and click redeem (under eVoucher Code)
2. Go to: https://www.kogan.com/au/buy/kogan-mobile-sim-prepaid-starter-pack-sim-only/
3. Add to cart and go to check out
4. At check out, put in your address details, it will have the payment option "You have $2 Account credit Available", click on "Apply"
5. Starter Packs (SIM cards) will be delivered by Australia Post. Please allow 5-10 business days from the date of order to receive SIM delivery
6. Your Kogan activation code can be found on your PDF Groupon voucher via desktop
7. Visit the Kogan Activation Centre at: https://www.koganmobile.com.au/, click on Activate SIM and follow prompts
8. Once done, you will then be able to activate your SIM card - simply continue following the steps on the Kogan website
